The hotel is nice, beds are comfy, bathroom is good! The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. The rooms are new-fashioned, functional, and come with central heating, a plasma-screen TV, and a dining area. The location is absolutely perfect and comfy and the staff is decent. It provides good restaurant nearby. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Spent 1 night in this hotel during our trip in Amenal. The food was great with a lot of alternatives. The location was great, overlooking garden. We didn't have time, so that's why we would definitely come back here.

I appreciated the proximity to the Camino. It's literally just steps away. My room wassuper clean and cozy. The restaurant offered fantastic options. I particularly enjoyed the seafood and my husband loved the mixed grill. Dining on the terrace added a lovely touch to our evenings. The dining experience could be improved. We had to wait quite a while for breakfast service, a bit frustrating. The hotel shows some wear and tear, and absence of shampoo was unexpected given the price. The manned reception desk was lacking, which could lead to inconvenience. Regardless, the staff, especially Alicia, were helpful and attentive.

The staff were accommodating, especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the clean, comfortable room allowed for a restful night after a long day.
Reception was often unmanned.

Not only was the restaurant serving raw pork, bleeding on the plate, but the basic room lacked any charm at all as well. Outrageously overpriced for such a poor experience. Something should have been done to accomodate guests like myself, but alas, no upgrades or gestures were offered, just a swift disappointment. I just couldn't recommend it.

Family with children should consider it
We had a bathtub in the room that hit like a luxury after a long day walking. That quiet environment helped us recharge for the final push to Santiago. Plus, the pies were surprisingly nice!
It wasn't very affordable, but still acceptable given the unique location.

Had a lovely stay here, with the food being a tasty highlight, particularly loved the pies! The self-service laundry was a massive help after a long Camino trek, but breakfast could be better organized.
